A native to the West Coast, I have been actively involved in the fitness industry for the past 10 years. I take a holistic approach to training, based on the idea that nutrition and lifestyle play a major part in staying fit and healthy. I strongly believe that no matter how hard you train, you won't see the results you want unless you eat properly and maintain a balanced lifestyle. It might seem self-evident but you would be surprised how many people don't realize it.
I will help you create an exercise program tailored to your personal goals and needs. We will shape your lifestyle through nutrition and exercise, producing dramatic results that last a lifetime. We'll refine your diet, deal with any obstacles on your path to success, and train... hard. You'll find it intense, but it'll be worth it, and you'll be a better person for it.
My techniques incorporate endurance training, muscle growth, fat reduction, sports training and nutrition, and injury rehabilitation if necessary.
I hold certifications from two of the leading certification programs in the industry: the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), and the Chek Institute (CHEK).
