With the basics out of the way we can focus on developing a personal training plan that will get you on track towards a healthier you. We’ll tailor it to your work schedule and come up with a unique strategy that will help you realize your fitness goals.

The hardest part is getting out there and just doing it... as they say, if you could do it on your own you’d already be there. I’ll motivate and push you to expand your boundaries in every session.

A one hour training session involving weights, cardio and stretching, based on your current fitness level and goals.
Two one hour sessions. First session is a detailed fitness assessment where we determine your goals and what level of program to create for you. Second session is where we take you through your new program showing you proper form and the intensity to train at. Program Design without Assessment - $80 – only for clients who have had a fitness assessment at some point.
After some initial homework on your part we sit down for a 1-1.5 hour session where we go over your eating and lifestyle habits. From there we will determine what changes need to be made in order for you to reach your goals as well as construct an eating plan based on your unique metabolism.
